How it works
How do I place an order?
Browse the producers and products, add what you like to your basket, then choose a pick-up slot for each producer. You pay online and receive an email confirmation. No account is required — you can order as a guest.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
Each producer prepares your order for the slot you chose and hands it to you on site, at its shop or pick-up point. The exact location and time are in your confirmation email and on your receipt.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by our provider Mollie (Bancontact, payment cards, and more). If your basket contains products from several producers, each producer is paid separately.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel as long as the slot's ordering window is still open; the corresponding amount is then refunded to your original payment method. After that, contact the producer directly. The tracking link in your email also lets you cancel without an account.
Are the products organic?
Each producer declares its production method (certified organic, organic practices, biodynamic or conventional), verified when it is approved on the platform. The label appears on the producer's page and on its offers.
How do I become a partner producer?
If you are a producer in Belgium, you can apply to join Pepobio from the home page. Our team reviews your application, then you get your own space to publish your story, your products and your pick-up slots.
